Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the State of Qatar Rashad Ismayilov met with the Executive Director of the Qatar National Bank Ali Ahmed Al-Kuvari

On May 1, 2018 Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the State of Qatar Rashad Ismayilov met with the Executive Director of the Qatar National Bank (QNB) Ali Ahmed Al-Kuvari.

The meeting focused on the discussion about the development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Qatar in the field of finance and banking. Opportunities to organize mutual visits in order to discuss cooperation issues in the field of banking and the possibility of direct negotiations between the parties were discussed. The Qatari side was informed about the financial and banking sector of Azerbaijan.

Executive Director of the Qatar National Bank Ali Ahmed Al-Kuvari said they are interested in developing cooperation with Azerbaijani banks and are ready to take the necessary steps in this area.
